Массаж глубоких тканей – один из самых эффективных методов массажа. И вместе с тем, с ним связано больше всего заблуждений.

Что же такое – массаж глубоких тканей? Этот метод называют также глубокотканным массажем или мышечно-фасциальным массажем. Русскоязычное название происходит от английского «Deep Tissue Massage & Myofascial Release». Он создан и развит в США на базе метода Рольфинг. Одна из главных целей массажа глубоких тканей – устранение деформаций соединительной ткани: фасций, сухожилий, связок и других ткани. И здесь у этого метода нет конкурентов среди массажных методов.

Почему нужно устранять деформации соединительной ткани? Дело в том, что соединительная ткань – это механическая основа всего организма. Соединительная ткань пронизывает абсолютно все части и органы тела. Именно она придает телу форму и обеспечивает возможность движения. Если мышцы можно сравнить с мотором, то соединительная ткань – «ходовая часть» тела. Мышца заключена в футляр из соединительной ткани, с ее помощью крепится к костям, которые тоже состоят из соединительной ткани. В общей массе мышц фасции составляют около 30%. Каждое мышечное волокно заключено в фасцию, каждая группа волокон и вся мышца в целом тоже заключены в фасциальную оболочку. Сокращаясь, мышечные волокна изменяют форму этой оболочки, которая в свою очередь тянет за сухожилие и приводит в движение кости. Так происходит движение тела.

Вследствие ряда причин соединительная ткань может деформироваться, образуются своего рода «зажимы», рестрикции. Если фасциальный футляр мышцы деформирован, то мышца в нем чувствует себя, как человек в одежде, которая ему мала. Мышца утрачивает возможность нормально сокращаться, ослабевает. В ответ на это в организме возникает целый комплекс приспособительных реакций. Меняется осанка. Если одна или несколько мышц не выполняют свою работу должным образом, то перегружаются другие мышцы, перегружаются суставы. Перегруженные участки тела начинают болеть.

Исправить эту ситуацию можно только устранив деформацию соединительной ткани. Другие методы массажа, которые направлены на воздействие на мышечную ткань или на нормализацию тока жидкостей в теле здесь будут бесполезны. В лучшем случае, они приведут к временному улучшению состояния. Именно в таких случаях боль после массажа исчезает, но через некоторое время возвращается. Это происходит потому, что массажист работает не с причиной, а со следствием.

Итак, основная цель массажа глубоких тканей – восстановление нормальной формы фасций, сухожилий и связок, то есть растяжение «зажатой» ткани и нормализация скольжения фасций между собой. И если мы хотим работать с соединительной тканью, то должны соблюдать ее законы. А законы эти таковы:

Соединительную ткань невозможно растянуть быстро. При попытке форсированного, силового растяжения фасции она травмируется. Образуются микроразрывы и состояние пациента ухудшится. Работа над одним участком фасции может продолжаться до 3-4 минут непрерывного мягкого растяжения. При натяжении фасции в ней начинаются медленные биохимические процессы, которые приводят к ее размягчению. Не дождавшись этого размягчения изменить форму фасции невозможно.

Приемы массажа глубоких тканей принципиально отличаются от приемов классического массажа. Это особые зацепы и растяжения тканей, для чего применяют кончики или фаланги пальцев, кулак, предплечье или локоть. Воздействие мягкое, плавное и безболезненное. Поскольку проведение каждого приема занимает длительное время, то на первый план выходит эргономика. Нужно уметь стоять или сидеть так, чтобы можно было растягивать ткань с постоянным усилием в течение 1-4 минут.

Первое, общее заблуждение о массаже глубоких тканей. Некоторые люди считают, что это – тот же классический или какой-либо еще массаж, но более сильный, грубый и глубокий. Как вы уже поняли, это совершенно другое воздействие.

Второе, опасное заблуждение. Некоторые массажисты считают, что массаж глубоких тканей должен быть болезненным. Боль – это сигнал организма о том, что ему причиняют вред. Грубое, болезненное воздействие не только не принесет пользы, оно принесет вред.

Третье, смешное заблуждение. Я слышал утверждение, что в массаже глубоких тканей нет правил. Мол, куда интуиция подсказывает, туда и жми. Полнейшая глупость. Правила есть и очень четкие. Главное в изучении этого метода – научится правильно чувствовать ткани тела и их реакцию на массажное воздействие. Это совершенно невозможно сделать заочно.
